Welltech is seeking a Senior Product Growth Designer to join their Platform and Growth team, focusing on enhancing user experience through design and fostering a product-led growth mindset.

In Short

• Inspire users to experience value early in their WellTech journey.
• Conduct design experiments to push WellFunnel towards its vision.
• Understand needs across multiple products for a best-in-class funnel experience.

• Nurture relationships with Growth and Product managers.
• Collaborate with product designers to scale impactful experiments.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Figma (components, autolayouts, variables).
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Ability to apply behavioral and growth design theories.
• Experience in user research methods (usability testing).
• Knowledge of user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey).
• Knowledge of experiment tooling (Optimizely, Launchdarkly, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Clear and friendly communication skills.
