In Short

• Lead end-to-end design efforts from discovery to high-fidelity designs.
• Drive onboarding and adoption strategies for user activation and retention.
• Collaborate with product, research, and data teams to translate insights into solutions.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve user flows.
• Refine interaction and visual design for engaging user experiences.
• Measure success and iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• High bar for interaction and visual design skills.
• Fluency with growth design principles and strategies.
• Experience demonstrating growth experiments and measurable outcomes.
• Data-centric mindset with experience in A/B testing.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
