Requirements

• 8+ years of product or UX design experience.
• 3+ years in design leadership roles.

• Deep understanding of AI and GenAI tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Empathy for users and passion for intuitive design.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing environments.
