Overview

The Sales Development Representative will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, making outbound calls to connect their business needs with Pushpay's services.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls to qualify potential clients.
  • Work in a metric-driven call center environment.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Outreach.io for pipeline management.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs.
  • Prospect 5-10 accounts daily.
  • Achieve performance metrics with at least 70 calls per day.
  • Participate in webinars and events for client engagement.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with a team of sales professionals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to connect business needs to solutions.
  • Positive attitude and resilience.
  • Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Strong listening skills for effective customer engagement.
