Overview

The Sales Development Representative, Resi Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to effectively reach out to potential customers and build a healthy sales pipeline, while also contributing individually to sales goals.

In Short

  • Lead a team of SDRs in reaching out to potential customers.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
  • Spend 50% of time coaching and 50% engaging with customers.
  • Responsible for setting up meetings/calls for sales.
  • Track team progress and provide feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practices.
  • Support Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Cold prospecting to identify potential customers.
  • Achieve KPIs associated with the role.
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience required.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
