Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR), Team Lead will oversee and manage the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) team to achieve performance targets and drive consistent growth across Mexico and the U.S.

In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the SDR team to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies to improve prospecting techniques.
  • Guide the team in outbound prospecting to capture contact information and qualify leads.
  • Oversee processing of inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Execute core SDR tasks including outbound sales activities and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance using CRM and other tools.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with SDRs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership on lead qualification criteria.
  • Support SDRs with complex lead qualification efforts.
  • Conduct market research to enhance team strategies.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in sales lead generation or related roles.
  • Minimum three years’ experience managing a team.
  • Proven ability to drive new business and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
