Overview

As a member of the Support organization at Shiji, you will resolve post-install customer inquiries and provide level one support to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Provide first level support to Infrasys customers.
  • Understand customer needs and assist them using applications.
  • Track and document service desk requests and resolutions.
  • Escalate tickets to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Analyze customer queries through troubleshooting and research.
  • Attend regular product training to stay updated.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across multiple channels.
  • Work during standard business hours with occasional shifts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one additional language (Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian/Slovenian).
  • Experience supporting customers over the phone.
  • Experience using Remote Access Tools.
  • Networking skills for troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
