Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for deploying Shiji’s POS solutions for enterprise customers within the Americas region, ensuring seamless installations and post-implementation support.

In Short

• Execute end-to-end POS implementation projects remotely or on-site.
• Provide user training on-site or remotely.
• Perform POS version upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot and provide guidance during implementations.
• Deliver remote support post-implementation.
• Prepare and submit daily project reports.
• Maintain accurate records of implementation activities.
• Participate in internal training on new product developments.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in POS implementation or IT support.
• Proficient with hospitality POS systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the Americas region up to 75% of the time.
• Willingness to be available for on-call support.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
