Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at Secureframe, you will own the onboarding experience for our small-to-mid-sized (SMB) customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring their long-term success.

• Serve as the main point of contact for SMB customers during onboarding.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Secureframe platform.
• Configure customer accounts and tailor onboarding workflows.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for multiple customers.
• Provide clear communication to customers at every stage.
• Monitor customer progress and identify risks.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for seamless handoff.
• Gather and share customer feedback for process improvement.
• Create training materials and user guides for customers.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to meet customer goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment.
