Overview

The Partner Account Manager at Secureframe plays a crucial role in managing and enabling service partners to effectively market, sell, implement, and support Secureframe’s solutions.

In Short

  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new partners.
  • Develop and execute tailored partnership plans.
  • Assist partners in developing sales strategies.
  • Guide partners through integration of Secureframe services.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Provide ongoing support to partners.
  • Focus on high-potential partners for strategic engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success.
  • Work closely with Partner Specialists for tactical support.
  • Identify growth opportunities for partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or channel sales.
  • Proven track record in managing partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of compliance automation technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
