Overview

As a Partner Account Manager at Vanta, you will manage existing channel partners in the EMEA region to drive renewals and upsells, contributing to our mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust.

In Short

  • Drive net new upsell ARR in the EMEA region via a book of channel partners.
  • Reduce churn and improve renewal rates across partner accounts.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify high-churn risk accounts.
  • Train partners on effective renewal and upsell strategies.
  • Collaborate with Channel Managers for seamless onboarding of accounts.
  • Conduct QBRs to identify growth opportunities with partners.
  • Build relationships with c-suite executives at partner organizations.
  • Manage renewal and upsell pipeline effectively, reporting to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Partnership Account Management or Direct Account Management.
  • Excellent cross-functional team player capable of executing strategies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong partnership mindset.
  • Experience in operations and organizing business processes.
  • Understanding of IT Service Providers and the IT Channel.
