Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at PocketHealth, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare experiences by guiding hospitals and clinics in North America to successfully adopt our patient-centric imaging platform.

• Deliver engaging training sessions for healthcare staff.
• Customize training plans based on customer workflows.
• Act as a primary point of contact during onboarding.

• Ensure smooth transition to Customer Success Managers.
• Identify and escalate early adoption risks.
• Provide feedback to enhance product usability.
• Work closely with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer onboarding or training.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with healthcare technology platforms.
• Experience with imaging workflows is a plus.
