Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the installation of products and services, engaging frequently with customers and demonstrating a strong understanding of products, technologies, and processes.

In Short

• Execute deliverables from the Application plan independently.
• Coordinate project phases including installation and training.
• Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
• Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on products.

• Demonstrate attention to detail in reporting information.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the assigned region.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
