Overview

The Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the successful onboarding of clients by managing projects with precision, organization, and effective communication.

In Short

• Independently manage Computer System Validation (CSV) client onboarding projects.
• Support enterprise-level implementations by coordinating logistics and tracking progress.
• Draft and distribute weekly status reports and meeting minutes.
• Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs.
• Establish and organize project folders and document repositories.
• Track daily and weekly tasks, monitor deadlines, and identify risks early.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Prior exposure to software implementations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven collaborator who communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinker who can manage task lists and prioritize work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
