Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the successful onboarding of new warehouse customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation of our logistics, warehousing, or software solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for warehouse staff during the onboarding process.
• Develop and manage onboarding project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Gather and validate customer requirements related to warehouse operations, inventory run rate, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Work with IT to configure system settings and integrations to meet customer-specific workflows and operational needs.
• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to ensure smooth customer adoption.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs and proactively address any issues or delays.
• Provide feedback to the product and operations teams for continuous improvement based on customer onboarding experiences.
• Support go-live activities and ensure a successful transition to post-implementation support teams.
• Be willing to travel 70% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business a plus, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or logistics software is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in B2B and Ecom warehouse or logistics customer onboarding.
• Knowledge of EDI, API integrations, or fulfillment platforms a plus (e.g., Ship Station, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
