Overview

The Client Services Manager will provide strategic client oversight with a mission to drive sustained long-term growth by building meaningful client relationships. The CSAM will drive revenue expansion by identifying upsell opportunities as well as operational gaps to drive process improvement and client satisfaction.

  • Strategically manage all aspects of client relationships and communication.
  • Engage key accounts consultatively and respond to inquiries.
  • Document and track internal metrics according to client SLAs.
  • Advocate for clients across operational departments.
  • Understand the impact of client needs on operational departments.
  • Recognize upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Maintain accountability and ownership of client deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Handle multiple high priorities while being detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client management.
  • Experience in key client management and operations management.
  • Superb critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Strives to eliminate errors and improve processes.
  • Self-starter with excellent follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM and WMS software, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while being organized.
