Overview

The Sr. Transportation Analyst is responsible for optimizing parcel shipping operations through advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven insights. This role combines parcel expertise with modern technical skills, including AI-enabled analysis, workflow automation, dashboard development, and predictive modeling.

• Develop predictive models using AI/ML or advanced statistical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in parcel logistics or transportation analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying large datasets.
• Experience with parcel shipping software (ShipStation, UPS WorldShip).
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and collaborate.
