Transportation Planning Analyst - Remote

CJ Logistics Freight America is seeking a Planning Analyst to support our transportation operations and deliver operational excellence for our customers. In this role, you will oversee the transportation planning process for multiple customer products - balancing cost efficiency, service, and customer needs. • Salary Range: $57,000 - $67,000 with overtime eligibility
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM with flexibility based on business needs
• This is a hybrid with expectation to work on-site 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Transportation.
• Knowledge of applicable Transportation regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google applications.
• Experience working in a transportation management system (TMS) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, verbal, scheduled)
• Results-oriented with strong planning and time-management skills
• Demonstrated sound judgment, diplomacy, and adaptability in fast-paced environment.
• Availability for on-call work and participation in a Saturday rotation as needed
