Operations Training Lead - Remote

Overview

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Operations Training Lead to own training quality and consistency across our logistics center network. In this role, you will build a strong bench of certified trainers, roll out standardized learning plans, and support new site startups, system conversions, and strategic projects. This role requires travel between locations to onboard staff, stabilize performance, and audit compliance.

Requirements

• Flexibility for up to 75% local travel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence leadership.
• Ability to work in diverse warehouse environments.
