Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for someone to handle the business operations side of a growing SaaS. You will work directly with the CEO and take over workflows that currently consume too much founder time.

In Short

• Handle enterprise sales calls and understand customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Manage procurement processes for Fortune 500 companies.
• Fill out security questionnaires for enterprise customers.
• Issue invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Document workflows and create systems for operations.
• Work with legal on contract negotiations.
• Track contracts and compliance documentation.
• Prepare sales collateral and manage follow-ups.
• Build processes from scratch to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• B2B SaaS experience in operations and sales.
• Familiarity with legal contracts and negotiations.
• Experience with compliance and security questionnaires.
• Proficiency with Stripe for invoicing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Fluency in English.
