Operations Lead - Remote

We are seeking a Colombia based Operations Lead to support us in the management of our Colombia office and partner with leadership to continue our regional growth.

In Short

• Lead, manage, and execute day-to-day operational activities across Colombia.
• Act as the primary liaison between local teams and U.S. leadership.
• Oversee compliance with Colombia’s legal, tax, employment, and operational regulations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes.
• Manage relationships with local vendors, partners, and government entities.
• Support HR operations, including hiring and onboarding.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for executive teams.
• Identify risk, propose solutions, and ensure operational continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian regulations.
• Direct experience coordinating with U.S. teams.
• Proven ability to design and optimize operational workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing local vendors and partners.
