Swissbadge is a Swiss e-commerce company aiming to become the leading provider of customizable badges and clothing. Since its inception in 2021, we have grown to serve various public institutions and companies, including the majority of recruitment schools of the Swiss Army.

In Short

• Lead the daily operational business smoothly.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries primarily via WhatsApp Business and email.
• Coordinate the entire order process, including communication with design teams.
• Be the first point of contact for production partners.
• Manage shipping logistics with national partners.
• Provide team leadership and feedback to sales assistants.
• Possibility to support strategic expansion efforts.
• Work requires high concentration and attention to detail.
• Must be available for communication outside regular office hours.
• Flexible working hours are expected, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swiss German, good French skills are a plus.
• Reliability and diligence in executing processes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Sales communication talent to engage customers effectively.
• Digital native, comfortable with new tools.
• Willingness to work varying hours throughout the year.
• Commitment to stay in the role for at least two years.
