Overview

As Operations Lead for the Executive Arm at Decentraland, you will orchestrate internal and external operations, managing systems that enhance efficiency and support the scaling of the organization.

Requirements

• Proven track record in operations, project management, finance, or legal planning.
• Familiarity with finance and budgeting, with a background in legal compliance preferred.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects in decentralized environments.
