• Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs tracking.
• Analyze data using SQL to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Update and maintain a knowledge base of SOPs.
• Lead implementation of SOPs across dark stores.
• Develop and optimize the local dark store network.
• Plan store expansions and relocations.
• Own product operations pipeline for new launches.
• Track and analyze the impact of local experiments.
• Train local teams for operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in operations or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in network design or operational scaling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
