Overview

MoCaFi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead to play a critical role in optimizing our payment operations and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, driving process improvements, and supporting the growth of our financial inclusion initiatives.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities in payment processing.
• Manage key vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support the implementation of new payment technologies.
• Lead monthly Direct Deposit Account Statement Email Process.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to operational goals.
• Work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the payments space preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the payments industry required.
• 5+ years experience in payments or consumer lending.
• Expert in using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience in a Fintech company and a large bank preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
