Our platform is a turnkey digital banking solution for delivering cash payments, deposit accounts, and wealth empowerment tools at the city, state, and federal levels.

MoCaFi has distributed over $100M in guaranteed basic income, cash assistance, emergency rental assistance, and emergency utility payments in over a dozen municipalities. We are led by a diverse team of finance, engineering, and startup professionals committed to closing America’s racial wealth gap. We offer FDIC-insured bank accounts, municipal-funded disbursement cards, and financial empowerment services directly to consumers and through our public and private sector partners.

In Short

• Support the product roadmap by developing a long-term product vision
• Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications
• Prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Lead sprint planning and retrospective activities
• Own the program solutions end-to-end
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Analyze product performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams
• Develop a Go-to-Market plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in product management and payments
• Experience in mobile app product management
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology
• Skilled in supporting QA initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
