Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager at Highmark Health will define the product’s fundamental value proposition, outline vision and execution plans, and oversee the execution of that vision while collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Define product vision and strategy to drive maximum value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product experience required.
• 1 year of experience with Agile processes preferred.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
• Travel requirement of 0% - 25%.
• Physical work site required.
