The AIP Operations Lead supports site operations and oversees a team of interns, ensuring the smooth execution of research trials and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in agronomy or operations.
• Experience managing or mentoring interns preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to enforce protocols.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Physical ability to handle equipment.
• Ability to be close to research processing facility.
