As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Aimpoint Digital, you will work with clients to design and implement analytical solutions that enhance their business processes and data insights.

• Become a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into analytics solutions.
• Work independently and collaboratively on complex analytics engineering use-cases.
• Design and develop analytical layers, including data models and transformation pipelines.
• Utilize modern tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt.
• Write high-quality code in SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Contribute to best practices around analytics engineering.
• Enhance development velocity using AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists for analytics applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years with relational databases and SQL.
• 3+ years of data modeling experience.
• 3+ years building data pipelines in production.
• 3+ years writing maintainable code in SQL and/or Python.
• 2+ years' experience with dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud.
• Expertise in software engineering concepts and best practices.
• Consulting experience preferred.
