Analytics Strategy Engagement Manager - Remote

In Short

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients shaping their Data, Analytics, and AI transformation agendas.
• Lead client engagements to determine business needs and future capabilities related to data, analytics, and AI.
• Develop actionable strategies across enterprise data, analytics, AI governance, and product opportunities.
• Drive the development of go-to-market Strategy offerings and support business development.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and assessments to evaluate analytics and AI maturity.
• Identify and define data, analytics, & AI use cases with value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state data architectures and governance models.
• Create practice accelerators for AI Strategy, Data Products, and Monetization.
• Support sales and business development by shaping proposals and driving thought leadership.
• Own the delivery of client engagements end-to-end and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or client-facing strategy roles focused on Data & Analytics or AI.
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools like OpenAI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and enterprise implications.
