• Drive the planning and execution of campaigns with a focus on delivering a best-in-class campaign strategy.
• Identify and drive account growth opportunities.
• Work directly with clients to define and distill their goals.
• Lead the campaign recap process by translating campaign data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be physically based in NYC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years agency experience in social listening or previous strategy, consulting or analytics roles
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with market research tools.
• Experience with social listening tools and constructing Boolean queries.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to set up efficient processes and manage deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude.
• Proven success in leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
