In Short

• Lead the east coast campaign management team.
• Implement day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients.
• Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns.
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management.
• Support training on planning and audience reporting.
• Work closely with Account Management and Creative teams.
• Manage multiple 6 to 7 figure projects.
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing space.
• Foster relationships with the influencer community.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing.
• Expert negotiating skills for managing influencer campaign budgets.
• Established network of managers/agents or influencer contacts.
• Knowledge of major social platforms and recent trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with online performance tracking tools.
• Self-starter who loves collaboration and is open to feedback.
• Direct experience with on-site influencer activations.
