The Associate Director for Specimen Management will implement and optimize lean methodologies to support platform teams across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Certification in lean tools preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• 5+ years with visual management and kaizen experience preferred.
• Extensive PLM experience required.
• Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP required.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations required.
• Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives required.
