Overview

As an IT Change Management Associate Director at DTCC, you will be responsible for implementing Change and Release Management objectives, collaborating on the strategic direction of change management processes, and working with multi-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Detailed knowledge of ITIL v4 methodologies.
• Relevant ITIL certifications are desirable.
• Expertise in workflow management platforms like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI and Cognos.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
