Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience with TMS systems, preferably MercuryGate.
• 4+ years of IT systems or super user implementation experience.
• 2+ years of experience with EDI and XML.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage test plans.
• Knowledge of Project Management tools like Monday or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for on-site support.
