Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience or a combination of HR and other relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using an HRIS system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• A positive demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a high level of confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, including DOL, FLSA, ADA, and EEOC.
• A proactive, independent, and highly organized approach to your work.
