Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.

In Short

• Remote position working during Pacific Time.
• Support managers and employees on HR matters.
• Handle employee relations and compliance activities.
• Assist with recruitment and HRIS support.
• Conduct disciplinary conversations and investigations.
• Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Review compensation for FLSA compliance.
• Must be agile, fast-paced, and innovative.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• 4-5 years of HR experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required.
• Experience using HRIS system required, Workday preferred.
• Experience using an ATS, Workday preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
