Overview

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to work for our company.

In Short

• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.
• Support the HR Manager in scheduling, training, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team and senior leadership.
• Conduct employee onboarding tasks using ADP Comprehensive HRIS.
• Maintain and organize employee records.
• Support HR-related training programs and workshops.
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
• Prepare and distribute HR communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
• Coordinate logistics for new hires and HR events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related role.
• Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
