In Short

• Provide comprehensive HR support to the ClearSource BPO IN Group, managing all HR tasks.
• Act as the primary office liaison and lead initiatives related to office administration.
• Offer expert guidance on personnel policies and procedures to both employees and management.
• Stay informed on federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate open enrollments, benefits changes, and employee program training.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee timekeeping and payroll processing for the IN group.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
• Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
• Develop and maintain talent management processes to support long-term growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• At least 4 years of experience in the HR field.
• Degree in HR-related fields, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or similar.
• Experience in employee engagement and administrative functions is a plus.
• Willing to work graveyard shifts.
• Must be available to work onsite.
