In Short

  • Deliver world-class customer care through inbound and outbound calls.

  • Maintain discretion and professionalism with high-profile customers.

Requirements

  • At least High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in retail customer service and experience working from home.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-end customers.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Must pass a Typing Test (minimum 60 WPM).
  • Willing to work in a remote setup and adaptable to schedule adjustments.
