We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven to support our customers through every step of their experience.

In Short

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Guide customers through the order process.
Coordinate with internal teams to track order progress.
Handle service issues and delivery concerns.
Document customer interactions and feedback.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Support post-delivery follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality when handling personal stories.
2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.

Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Familiar with CRM or customer service platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Passion for creativity or meaningful storytelling is a plus.
