Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at CareMetx, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on using our products effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality, and responsive support to external customers.
  • Answer inbound support phone calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot issues using remote tools such as Teams Meeting and Quick Support.
  • Set expectations and manage reported issues through to their completion.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team to ensure resolution.
  • Document, track, and manage all support requests, communications, and actions in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Monitor the Prior Authorization Case Board.
  • Monitor the Benefits Investigation Case Board.
  • Be proactive about case dates of service and reach out to our partners when necessary.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and prepared for work as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 year of prior professional experience (software or healthcare industries preferred).
  • PM/EMR, Prior Authorization, or clinical workflow experience highly desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communications.
  • Must possess highly ethical characteristics and values.
