Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will develop insightful analysis and provide analytical support on budgeting and forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial decision-making.

In Short

• Develop and manage client- and product-level reporting/KPIs.
• Support month-end Board reporting package development.
• Model pricing terms for Request for Proposals (RFP).
• Build and lead processes for updating revenue and cost projections.
• Create visual reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct impact assessments of proposed pricing changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to FP&A best practices.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of FP&A, strategic pricing or accounting experience.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with financial ERP and data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently or under guidance.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of financial principles.
