Overview

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.

• Administer various human resource plans and procedures.
• Participate in developing department goals and objectives.
• Administer the compensation program and performance evaluation.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations.
• Manage Onboarding/Offboarding administration.
• Ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
• Handle employee relations issues and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with open enrollment and COBRA correspondence.
• Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in an HR role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
