In Short

• Serve as a trusted employee advocate and employee relations expert.
• Independently lead and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Partner with leaders for hiring and performance management guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR processes.
• Lead HR projects with executive sponsorship.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead change initiatives.
• Create and enhance training programs for capability building.
• Share data insights to inform business decisions.
• Support job architecture activities.
• Facilitate core HR processes ensuring alignment to business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of hands-on employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage complex workloads.
• Ability to produce accurate work with minimal supervision.
