Senior Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, dynamic Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support the Americas in HR-related matters.

In Short

• Support HR-related matters across the Americas.
• Based out of Wood Dale, Illinois.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources for the Americas.
• Involvement in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Conduct new employee orientations and monitor training programs.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with onboarding processes and benefit administration.
• Promote company-wide initiatives for employee growth and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business preferred.
• 5 - 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Broad knowledge of benefit and compensation administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and organized work style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of local statutory and legal requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
