Senior Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

As our first dedicated Senior HR Generalist, you will have the unique opportunity to take on both a hands-on and strategic role, ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience from an individual’s first day at Lumos to their last.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, and leaders.
• Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and optimize the HR tech stack.
• Coordinate and support benefit programs.
• Ensure company compliance with employment regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR role, including 2 years of HRBP experience.
• Experience working in the SaaS/Tech space.
• Experience with HR tools like Culture Amp, Sequoia One, and Deel.
• Desire to work in a start-up environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
• Proven track record of creating and scaling HR processes.
