Lumos is now hiring a highly skilled and motivated IT Engineer – Infrastructure Network with advanced expertise in Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), Palo Alto Firewall administration, and strong proficiency in routing and switching technologies. In this role, you will design, implement, secure, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. You’ll also serve as a key technical resource within the Corporate Technology Department, leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and deliver reliable solutions across both data and voice networks.

In Short

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ACI fabrics.
• Configure, administer, and optimize Palo Alto firewalls.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization for routing and switching protocols.
• Manage and maintain core, distribution, and access-layer network devices.
• Collaborate with security teams for network compliance.
• Monitor network health and performance.
• Provide input on capacity planning and architecture improvements.
• Create and maintain network documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for escalations.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise network engineering roles.
• Expertise with Cisco ACI.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Strong background in routing and switching protocols.
• Hands-on experience with packet capture and traffic analysis tools.
• Understanding of network security concepts.
• Familiarity with high availability networking designs.
