OSP Delivery Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Lumos is looking for a full-time OSP Delivery Project Manager! If you have experience managing fiber builds, driving projects forward, and collaborating across teams to get the job done right we want to hear from you.

As an OSP Delivery Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects: tracking milestones, aligning timelines, and partnering with internal and external teams to deliver results. You’ll work closely with Lumos leaders and field crews, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while identifying ways to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. In Short

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Business Units and cross-functional Lumos teams.
• Lead high-impact projects including market expansion and cost-reduction efforts.
• Execute on priority initiatives identified by senior leadership.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risk across concurrent projects.
• Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience required; telecommunications experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel, & Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent and proactive self-starter; comfortable managing ambiguity.
• Strong business acumen, integrity, and responsiveness.
