Overview

As a Lumos Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to our largest and most strategic customers, guiding them through onboarding, ensuring adoption and expansion, and influencing both customer outcomes and our product roadmap.

In Short

  • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers for seamless onboarding.
  • Build and execute account strategies for customer adoption and retention.
  • Develop executive-level relationships and deliver impactful QBRs/EBRs.
  • Surface customer insights to influence product and marketing strategies.
  • Guide customers on best practices and technology strategy.
  • 7+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with technical teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in identity or security space.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years managing enterprise-level customers.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at communicating complex concepts clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with technical teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in identity or security space.
